**The Opportunity**
We are seeking multiple APS5 Case Management Support Officers to join a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong or Richmond.
The Case Management Support role is an administration position best suited to a person with an understanding of legal processes and an ability to interpret legislation.
**As a Case Management Support Officer, you will be required to;**
- Producing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications within strict time frames.
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Research and draft responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents.
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Previous experience within a similar field with strong administration skills
- Ability to undertake a problem-solving approach and be inquisitive.
- Ability to produce work in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Experience as a Paralegal or similar (law student/ legal admin) is highly desirable.
