The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Commercial Property Manager to join a high-performing team in Adelaide. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial assets within a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion in handling confidential matters, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to property management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including inspections and leasing activities
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance and quality standards
* Prepare accurate financial documentation, including monthly statements and tax invoices
* Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy compliance
* Negotiate lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease documentation
* Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Business (Property) – highly regarded
* Real Estate Representative License (Cert IV in Property)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and customer service excellence
* Current driver's license and own vehicle
