State 1 Security is seeking a professional and reliable Night Shift Hospital Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is critical in ensuring the hospital operates smoothly overnight, responding to incidents and providing a visible security presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises (internal and external)
* Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems
* Control access points and manage visitor entry after hours
* Respond to incidents including disturbances, emergencies, and code alerts
* Assist hospital staff with safety concerns and emergency situations

Requirements
* Valid Victorian Security Licence (mandatory)
* Experience in hospital or healthcare security (highly regarded)
* Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Good written and verbal reporting skills
* Physically fit and able to patrol for extended periods
* Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $33.02 – $61.04 per hour
