About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who's as passionate about hospitality as they are about people. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll run the floor with confidence, inspire your team, and keep the restaurant humming. You'll also bring solid wine knowledge to the table and help guide our wine offering in a way that complements our modern Italian menu.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations
* Lead and mentor the Front of House team
* Develop and manage the wine program
* Handle recruitment, training, and staff development
* Maintain smooth communication between FOH and kitchen teams
* Oversee rostering and timesheet management
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH role
* RSA and WSET training certificates (level 2 WSET preferred)
* A people‑first leader with great communication skills
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
* Calm under pressure, with attention to detail
