* Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally, coaching your team accordingly.
* Provide on-the-job coaching and training to Food & Beverage staff.

* Previous supervisory experience in restaurants or bars.

* Flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
* Friendly and confident communication skills.
* Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
* Commitment for at least 6 months.
