About the Role
This is a Sydney‐based IT Support Administrator role offering an excellent blend of hands‐on BAU support and interesting project work. You'll be part of a collaborative IT function supporting a large, multi‐site user base while also contributing to upgrades, integrations and infrastructure improvements.
The role is available immediately and would suit someone who enjoys variety — troubleshooting and supporting end users one moment, then working on systems, platforms or projects the next.
Key aspects include:
* Providing high‐quality 2nd/3rd level IT support to a large user base
* Managing and supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
* Supporting networks, servers (physical and virtual), and cloud environments
* Administering phone systems and VoIP platforms
* Contributing to IT projects including upgrades, migrations and integrations
* Playing a key role in improving service delivery and user experience
The Successful Candidate
You're a capable, self‐driven IT support professional who enjoys being close to the technology and the people who use it. You're comfortable working in a busy environment, can prioritise effectively, and take pride in delivering great service.
You will bring:
* Solid experience in an IT support / IT administration role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networks
* Experience with Windows servers, virtualisation and cloud platforms
* Exposure to networking, security concepts and backup solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a customer‐focused mindset
* A proactive attitude and the confidence to work autonomously and in a team
