The Adobe.pub team act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure, and culture of one of the best global agencies. The APAC team, with members across Australia, Korea, Singapore & India, covers all APAC activity - from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe's business success.

About the role

As a Planning Director within the Adobe.pub team, you'll partner with one of the world's most sophisticated digital marketers to deliver best-in-class, full-funnel digital media strategies across APAC.

This is a pivotal role where you'll own the ANZ planning product - setting the standard for how digital planning is structured, connected and delivered. You'll elevate planning maturity by bringing together channels, data, audiences and insights into cohesive strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Acting as the strategic lead across the account, you'll guide planning direction, influence client and stakeholders, and ensure strategies translate seamlessly into high-quality execution. You'll champion more integrated, data-led approaches while embedding a culture of test-and-learn, innovation and continuous improvement.

Working across an APAC network of specialists, you'll bridge planning and execution to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale. You'll also mentor and develop talent, helping to strengthen capability and uplift the overall standard of digital planning within the team.

What you will do with us:

* Lead and deliver end-to-end strategic and tactical digital planning across APAC markets (predominately within ANZ), ensuring alignment to business and marketing objectives.
* Develop innovative, full-funnel media strategies that drive brand impact, digital engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
* Own the campaign lifecycle - from strategic direction through to planning, activation alignment, and performance delivery.
* Partner closely with digital activation teams to translate strategy into seamless, high-quality campaign execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior client partners and media vendors.
* Drive test-and-learn programmes and continuous optimisation to improve media effectiveness and performance.
* Leverage data and audience insights to inform planning, ensuring strategies are actionable and performance-driven.
* Analyse campaign performance to generate insights and inform future planning approaches.
* Continuously evolve planning frameworks, tools, and ways of working to elevate output quality and innovation.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and excellence.
* Act as a digital planning subject matter expert, contributing to capability uplift through coaching, collaboration, and hands on problem solving.

What You'll Bring:

* 5+ years' experience delivering innovative media strategies across multiple digital channels, ideally in a multi-market environment.
* Strong understanding of full-funnel planning across channels such as programmatic, social and search, with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
* Ability to translate complex data into compelling insights, stories and recommendations that influence stakeholders.
* Experience leading end-to-end campaign planning and bridging strategy with activation teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior client partners.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage multiple workstreams, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Experience working with global or large-scale technology clients (desirable, though not essential).
* Exposure to test-and-learn frameworks, innovation programmes, or advanced data-led planning environments.
* Experience managing teams, coaching talent, or contributing to capability building within an agency environment.
* A clear sense of planning rigour and governance, including budget stewardship, risk awareness, and accountability.
