Commercial Sales Professional
A results-driven Business Sales Manager is sought after by a leading global technology company to drive commercial device sales, manage strategic B2B accounts, and grow market presence through government and enterprise partnerships.
This role is perfect for a proactive sales expert with experience in commercial hardware and navigating government tenders. The ideal candidate will acquire new B2B customers, strengthen retention efforts among existing customer base, act as a key commercial representative, oversee pipeline development, and lead customer meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new B2B customers through direct outreach, referral models, and collaboration with marketing teams
* Strengthen retention and upselling efforts among existing customer base
* Act as a key commercial representative, demonstrating professional maturity in cross-functional engagements
* Oversee pipeline development, customer engagement, and timely fulfilment using CRM tools
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support commercial initiatives
* Drive online store revenue and manage digital transactional portals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience—especially in hardware or tech solutions
* Certified in government contracts (C999 or C9826)
* Tender/RFP processes in hardware procurement
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and partner relationships
* Experience with demand forecasting and scaling deals through partner networks
* Highly motivated, articulate, and able to confidently close high-value deals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with enterprise device programs and commercial procurement systems
* eCommerce sales experience is a plus
* CRM and digital sales platform experience
