Equipment Finance Broker
At LMG Asset Finance, we are seeking a skilled Equipment Finance Broker to join our dynamic team. As an Equipment Finance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in converting referral applications for clients and lenders.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience in commercial or asset finance and be proficient in reviewing credit applications submitted to us for creditworthiness. You will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently assessing credit applications, determining the most appropriate lender suitable to the client's needs and requirements, and selling services within set regulatory guidelines.
Servicing Our Clients:
* Responding to customer inquiries in a fast and efficient manner
* Speaking to customers over the phone to find out their needs and requirements
* Maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times with all clients, lenders, insurers, and colleagues
* Achieving required KPI's for individual daily productivity
* Any other responsibilities in line with the level of the position as assigned by the Supervisor
Risk Management:
* Ensuring all lender and insurer policies and guidelines are followed at all times
* Reviewing Anti-money Laundering compliance documents for accuracy and possible fraud, including Certified ID, in line with lender and ASIC guidelines
* Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
* Ensuring all work practices are conducted in accordance with all finance compliance requirements
You will be proactive in work chats to assist in staff questions and scenarios, and maintain a high level of knowledge of products and policies for all lenders and insurers that we are accredited.
