About Your Team:
We're not here to blend in. We're here to shake up the Australian automotive market. As our Training Manager, you'll be on the frontlines of shaping a new mainstream automotive brand—developing cutting-edge training programs, empowering our teams, and ensuring our people know exactly how to make our brand shine.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the creation, development, coordination, and implementation of sales, product, technical, and non-technical training
* Foster relationships between GAA, HQ, Dealer partners, and suppliers/agency to create value-add training courses and events for GAA dealer partners.
* Gather information and deliver requirements received from all GAA departments to ensure full brand alignment and consistency in training materials and certification pathways.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and provide suitable reports to relevant management on achieved outcomes.
* Liaise with Regional Field Representatives to analyze and report on dealer’s adherence to manufacturer training standards.
* Perform training needs analysis and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5+ years of automotive training
* High competence in Office 365 systems
* Domestic and international travel involved.
* Relevant Tertiary qualifications or certifications
* With full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
