Support Worker

About the Role
This position involves providing daily assistance to clients, including personal care, household tasks, and implementing individualized support plans to help them achieve their goals.
* Domestic Assistance: Assist with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Personal Care: Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs.
* Achieving Goals Together: Develop and implement personalized support plans to help clients progress towards their objectives.
* Community Involvement: Facilitate social interactions and community participation for clients.
* Staying Informed: Remain aware of each client's unique requirements and adapt to changes.
* Nurturing Relationships: Build strong, respectful connections with clients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and support with daily activities.
* Assisting with household tasks and domestic duties.
* Developing and implementing individual support plans to achieve client objectives.
* Fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals of all ages.
* Completion of NSW Orientation Modules.
* Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Current Working with Children Check.
