* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end relocation experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Manage service scope and relocation life cycles to ensure smooth transitions for ADF members and their families.
* Administer defence relocation policies and entitlements, ensuring compliance with policy and client KPIs.
* Educate customers on relocation processes and benefits to ensure effective expectation management.
