We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Newcastle. This full-time role reports to our Security Head of Department and would best suit a friendly, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
This role offers company vehicle, 13 RDOs per year and opportunities for overtime- making it a great fit for someone looking for hands-on work with solid rewards and certified training opportunities.
Your new role
As our Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects, ensuring you align with client needs, timelines, and quality standards. In this role, you'll manage resources, materials, compliance, and client communication, working closely with our Sales Solutions Specialists to drive seamless project delivery.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will have;
* Drivers' Licence (essential), Security Licence 2 (preferred).
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in Electrical, Engineering or Building & Construction with a valid white card.
* Strong project coordination and organisational skills with ability to plan, manage and execute projects efficiently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients, teams, and suppliers effectively.
* Knowledge of installation regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes to maintain compliance.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proven experience with procurement and contract admin including some financial acumen.
