Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's service department.


Job Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch face-to-face customer service, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and timely delivery.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them informed about the status of their vehicles.
* Coordinate with various departments to guarantee vehicle readiness and meet customer expectations.
* Respond promptly to customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* Accurately estimate additional work required, presenting clear and concise information to customers.
* Manage objections constructively, leveraging your communication skills to address customer concerns.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in customer-facing roles such as banking or real estate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
* Professional presentation and proactive attitude, driving results-oriented performance.
* Familiarity with KPIs and Pentana Solutions, with optional experience in using these tools.
* Able to sell additional services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.

* KPI management: Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive business improvement.
* Pentana Solutions: Leverage this software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
* Customer service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt, professional, and personalized interactions.
