Bleux specialises in producing graphic designs for interior finishes, and we print, supply and install to projects nationwide. We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Interior Design Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, smart, self-disciplined estimator with a background in architecture, construction, landscaping, or quantity surveying who is ready to take on both technical estimating and project coordination responsibilities. You'll play a key role in pricing, project scoping, contract administration, and liaising with clients, builders, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
* Graduate Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Landscaping, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
* Review project plans, specifications, and tender documentation to assess requirements and define project scope
* Liaise with builders regarding pricing, terms, and project requirements
* Obtain and analyse quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
* Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for film and wall covering installations
* Negotiate contract terms and variations in line with company policies
* Manage contracts from pre-award to project completion, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation
* Generate and issue invoices and progress claims
* Collaborate closely with internal team members, builders, and suppliers to ensure project delivery
Skills & Attributes:
* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant design software
* Strong understanding of interior design and construction processes
* High level of accuracy and analytical skill in quoting and cost estimation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Collaborative approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders
* Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working within established systems and processes
