Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours if desired
Responsibilities
* Manage the preconstruction process from tender to handover
* Coordinate bid teams and contribute to bid strategy
* Engage with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Support the workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A construction‑related qualification and relevant professional membership
* Experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20 million
