Partnering with major national builders as well as boutique renovation companies, we deliver a wide range of kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects, always with a focus on quality workmanship, functionality, and great customer service.
What you'll be responsible for
Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Leading, training, and supporting warehouse staff to achieve safety and performance goals
Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting routine stocktakes
Ensuring full compliance with WHS standards and procedures
Improving warehouse workflows, layout, and systems for better efficiency
Liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams
Working collaboratively across departments to keep projects moving smoothly
Contributing positively to team culture and leading by example
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong people-management and mentoring skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software
Solid understanding of WHS regulations
Forklift licence (highly regarded)
Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to help others and support broader business needs
Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
