About the roleThis role is the engine room of Forefront’s digital content presence. As Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for turning campaign plans into high-impact digital and content execution. You own how Forefront shows up across digital and content touchpoints, particularly social, events and campaigns, ensuring everything we publish is consistent, timely and aligned to brand and business goals.You don’t define the brand narrative in isolation you bring it to life at pace. You translate events into scalable content, lead day-to-day digital delivery and ensure content drives awareness, engagement and momentum.
Blending creativity, commercial awareness and execution, you’ll own Forefront’s digital identity across organic and paid channels and ensure consistency across online and offline touchpoints.The role includes regular domestic travel and occasional APAC travel to capture content at flagship events. What you’ll doContent & execution· Own the end-to-end content lifecycle across events, campaigns and initiatives· (pre-event promotion, on-site capture, post-event amplification and reuse)· Build repeatable content frameworks that extend the value of our events· Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery· Coordinate copy, imagery and video with internal teams and partnersChannels, campaigns & community· Own publishing and performance across organic and paid channels· Manage LinkedIn activity across multiple company pages· Tailor content by platform, audience and objective while maintaining brand consistency· Partner with Growth Marketing to align content with performance goalsCross-business collaboration· Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns, events and initiatives· Ensure content alignment across digital, event and offline touchpoints· Act as a connector between brand direction and executionOn-site content & travel· Travel to priority events to capture photography, video and interviews· Coordinate on-site content capture with Production and Marketing teams· Maximise content opportunities across live events
What you bringYou’re a strong executor with commercial awareness who thrives on momentum and seeing ideas through from concept to delivery.You’re organised, creative and confident owning digital execution in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed, quality and performance.This role suits a digital marketer looking for real ownership, visibility and the chance to shape how a growing brand shows up.
Experience & skills· 2 - 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content or social media roles· Strong experience executing content across digital channels and campaigns· Excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn· Experience with social scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Later or similar)· Confidence using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow or similar)· Email marketing platform experience (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce MC or similar) highly regarded· Ability to brief and manage creative assets· Comfortable interpreting performance metrics· Highly organised with strong attention to detail· Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally across APAC
