Our admin team help ensure older Australians continue to live with dignity and grace in a well-structured, caring environment.
Our Home:
Our 63-room aged care home provides a warm, professional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. Purpose-built for quality care, it features bay windows, garden views, modern amenities, and spacious communal areas that create a collaborative and comfortable workplace.
The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you'll oversee key functions such as roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork. Key responsibilities include:
* General administration and reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Roster Coordination – Ensuring roster alignment to the master roster.
* Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies.
* Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions
* Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
* Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
* Records management and document preparation.
* Assisting with meeting coordination and minute taking

To be successful you'll need:
* A qualification or experience in business, administration, or related fields
* Rostering experience in Aged Care
* Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and process-driven mindset
* NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain) – Mandatory
* Experience in residential aged care or similar environments is highly desirable
* Compassionate and Empathetic nature
