Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event preparations.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Receptionist Should Have
Previous experience in a reception or front-desk role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
