Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Expert
The role of a Team Leader – Clinical Pharmacy is a vital part of the healthcare system. As an expert in clinical pharmacy services, you will provide advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
This position involves leadership in the design, operation, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services, policy review, training, and project work as required.
The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience and advanced knowledge and skills in a range of activities relevant to the area of practice, including dispensing, patient counselling, clinical pharmacy, manufacturing, and medicines information.
A strong understanding of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and workplace guidelines and frameworks relevant to the area of practice is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and support on clinical pharmacy issues to internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead the design, operation, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services.
* Participate in policy review, training, and project work as required.
* Demonstrate advanced communication, negotiation, conflict management, and professional leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience and advanced knowledge and skills in a range of activities relevant to the area of practice.
* Strong understanding of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and workplace guidelines and frameworks relevant to the area of practice.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced negotiation, conflict management, and professional leadership skills.
