**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer to support our dynamic team in transforming the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEO
* Manage correspondence, phone calls, scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email management
* Perform data entry and file processing
* Execute general administration tasks, create and review documents, and carry out personal support duties as needed
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Proven experience as a PA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector
* Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Expertise in scheduling and diary management
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
