Founded by Kellee Eriksson, a Mum of 4 and Emergency Nurse who knew there had to be a better way to make baby bedding safe, easy and actually work. What started with a clever idea - a waterproof fitted sheet that doesn't feel like plastic - has grown into a trusted brand for parents who care about safety, practicality and quality. We're a fast-moving, digitally-led small business with a growing e-commerce presence and an expanding wholesale network. Our team is tight-knit, highly strategic, and uses best-in-class tools to drive growth.
This is a rare opportunity to work inside a real growth-stage brand, get hands‐on experience across every marketing channel, and learn from world‐class training through our E‐Commerce Equation network (including Klaviyo email experts, creative strategists, and more). If you're a sponge who wants to actually do the work, not just watch, this is for you.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, digitally native junior marketer with a creative eye to support the day‐to‐day execution of our content and digital marketing activities 15‐20 hours per week. You'll be embedded in the business, working closely with our operations and strategy team to keep our channels moving and our customers engaged.
All great marketing strategists start in roles like this. If you love having your eye across all moving parts and seeing them come together, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
* Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest using Metricool
* Repurpose and pivot content across platforms (one piece of content, multiple formats)
* Create simple graphics, carousels, and review posts in Canva
* Flag and prepare organic content for Pinterest, including batch uploads and basic pin setup
* Identify post‐worthy content during creation and ensure cross‐posting is tracked on the content dashboard
Email & E‐commerce
* Support Klaviyo email campaign builds from layout to scheduling
* Upload product images and update listings in Shopify with clear guidance
* Assist with new product launch preparation (images, descriptions, campaign emails)
* Create and apply UTM links for campaign tracking
Coordination & Admin
* Keep the content board and task management tools (Monday.com) up to date
* Brief and liaise with content creators as directed
* Proactively identify gaps or opportunities and bring solutions (not just problems) to the team
* Attend weekly team check‐ins and contribute updates on what's moving and what's trending
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
* Comfortable in Canva: can design a carousel without being hand‐held
* Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest as a creator or scheduler
* Some exposure to email marketing platforms (Klaviyo a bonus, but not required)
* Basic Shopify or e‐commerce experience is a plus
* A marketing degree or current enrolment is nice to have, but not essential
Personality & Mindset (Most Important)
* A genuine sponge: fast learner who absorbs information and runs with it
* Brings solutions, not problems. If you're stuck, you come with two options and ask which direction to take
* High EQ: can read context, exercise discretion, and communicate with warmth
* Tech‐savvy and socially native, you grew up online and it shows
* Has a creative eye and knows instinctively what stops the scroll and thinks across platforms, not just one channel.
* Can handle repetitive execution tasks as well as creative thinking (a true jack of all trades)
* Collaborative: happy to take direction AND bring your own ideas to the table
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and keen to grow
* Highly organised, likes a plan and a process
Red Flags: This Role Is NOT Right For You If:
* If you're looking for a content creator role, this one isn't it.
* You have (or are building) your own brand and want to apply learnings to it
* You primarily want to grow your own influencer profile
* You expect to be told exactly what to do every step of the way
* You treat briefs as optional and prefer to go off‐script without checking in
What You'll Gain
This isn't just a task‐execution role. You'll be learning inside a real business with real stakes, supported by some of the best training available to small e‐commerce brands.
* Access to E‐Commerce Equation Network training sessions
* Hands‐on experience across every major digital marketing channel
* A genuine seat at the table, your ideas will be heard and tested
* Mentoring from an experienced Business Manager and Brand Founder
* A portfolio of real‐world, live‐brand work to take anywhere
* Weekly Learning and Development segment in team meetings, you'll be expected to share what you're learning
