About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands‐on Human Resources Advisor to support our predominantly blue‐collar workforce. This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with Factory Managers and Supervisors, providing practical advice across:
* Employee relations
* Performance and behaviour management
* Grievances
* Compliance
* Workforce planning and people processes
Ideal work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, however we are flexible discuss further.
What you will be doing
* Providing day‐to‐day guidance to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle
* Supporting and coaching leaders through performance management processes
* Managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
* Analysing monthly HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities
* Driving HR initiatives and supporting continuous improvement across the business
* Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels
* Working in a fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities
What we are looking for
* Experience working in a manufacturing, construction or blue‐collar environment (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships
* A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach
* Great problem‐solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
* Payroll or HR systems exposure (advantageous)
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field will be highly desirable
