Culinary Expert Required
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team in providing quality food services to residents and supporting our Head Chef in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing delicious, well-balanced meals to meet resident needs under the direction of the Head Chef.
* Assisting with general kitchen duties, including stock control, purchasing, and ordering equipment.
* E nsuring all food is prepared and served according to legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
* Experience working in a commercial kitchen within aged care or healthcare is essential.
* Bulk cooking experience is highly desirable.
* The ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues is critical.
* Mandatory COVID and Annual Flu Vaccination for this role.
