About the Role
We are seeking friendly and reliable Retail Team Members to join our bottle shop. Multiple positions are available. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, have an interest in liquor products, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
* Operating POS/cash registers and handling transactions accurately
* Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
* Assisting customers with product selections and promotions
* Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol
* Maintaining a clean and safe store environment
About You
* Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate – QLD
* Previous retail or bottle shop experience preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
