This is a fully remote role.

We're growing fast — and Retention is becoming one of the most strategically important teams inside the agency.

What We're Looking For

With a focus across Fashion, Apparel, Beauty, Health, Jewelry, and Lifestyle brands — we're searching for a Retention Strategist who isn't just a Klaviyo operator, but a true growth partner.

Someone who can:

* Improve LTV, not just "run flows"
* Improve repeat demand and customer value
* Spot problems before they happen (deliverability, list decay, TTSO, revenue mix)
* Bring commercial clarity to every meeting
* Run tests with a real hypothesis and success metric
* And document results into "Braggable Wins" that fuel agency authority

If you only want to "send campaigns," this job is not for you.

Your role is to turn lifecycle marketing into:

* Increased customer lifetime value
* Faster repeat purchases
* Stronger contribution margin
* Support for paid acquisition scale
* Profit stability for our clients

You are not an isolated channel.

You are part of the client's growth engine.

What You Will Do:

Lifecycle Strategy & Execution

* Build, optimize, and scale email/SMS flows and campaigns
* Design post-purchase and LTV journeys that drive true repeat demand
* Manage segmentation, behavioral triggers, predictive audiences
* Maintain balanced flow vs campaign revenue share
* Maintain list health & deliverability (non-negotiable expectation)

Data Analysis & Commercial Insight

* Analyze performance across Klaviyo, Shopify, and Hiro Analytics
