We have an excellent opportunity for an emerging Human Resources professional to join our People & Performance (P&P) team in Brisbane. This role sits within our national People Services team to provides help desk support for employee related queries. The role also assists with the planning and coordination of local early careers programs. The role would ideally suit an enthusiastic co-ordinator who is looking to build their HR knowledge and skills, leverage their curious analytical mindset and embrace the technology and systems within the firm to assist in the delivery of key employment lifecycle programs. Key responsibilities As part of a national team of coordinators, the successful candidate will: Support the national P&P team on all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding through to offboarding. Prepare and update all standard and bespoke documents including employment contracts, employee letters and checklists. Provide ‘first point of contact’ help desk support to employees on HR queries. Develop and provide subject matter expertise on the HR Information System, including providing support with data requests and regular reporting. Corrs utilises core SAP SuccessFactors modules. Provide new employee orientation support. Assist with the planning, coordination and logistics of local early career programs including clerkship and graduate recruitment, clerkship and graduate development programs. Required skills and personal attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to effectively support a wide variety of internal stakeholders, with the highest commitment to service. A curious and analytical mindset, high level of MS Office and Excel skills. Ideally, experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS. Pragmatic, resourceful and robust problem-solving skills. Can work both independently and as part of a national team. Able to effectively deal with competing priorities and progress multiple tasks through to completion within required deadlines.
