Claims Liaison Specialist
We're seeking an organized and empathetic Claims Liaison Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide business customers through the process of resolving accidental damage claims.
Your day-to-day tasks will include speaking with businesses, their insurance brokers, and affected parties to understand the situation, managing each claim from start to finish, making fair decisions based on internal guidelines and policies, and keeping all parties informed with clear communication.
