About the Role
Are you an experienced cook with leadership flair and a passion for high-volume service? We are a busy café in the heart of the Yatala Enterprise Area, serving the local industrial community. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Full-Time Lead Cook to take charge of our kitchen operations and ensure every meal leaves the pass to a high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Kitchen Leadership: Maintain smooth operations and lead the team during high-pressure peak periods.
* Quality Control: Take full ownership of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Operations & Inventory: Manage daily prep schedules, accurate stock ordering, and efficient stock rotation.
* Team Collaboration: Maintain positive, clear communication with front-of-house staff and the Café Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership Skills: The ability to lead by example, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
* Communication: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with front staff and management.
* Reliability: This role requires a 4:00 AM start. We need someone punctual and dependable.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in breakfast service, grills, ovens, and deep fryers.
