What You Will Be Doing
Guide customers through their service journey from booking to handover
Write and follow up on estimates using our proven system
Keep customers informed clearly, kindly, and quickly
Work with technicians to keep daily workflow smooth and efficient
Join daily toolbox talks to stay aligned and share progress
Help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience every day

Who We Are Looking For
A confident communicator who earns customer trust
Calm, organised, and in control even on busy days
Comfortable with systems, checklists, and following a process
Someone who owns their results and contributes to the team
Minimum 6 to 12 months automotive service advisor experience preferred
No experience may be considered for the right person who is eager to learn, training will be provided
