Clinical Nurse Consultant Role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant plays a pivotal role in the Integration Hub, overseeing daily operations and optimizing outcomes for attendees. This position requires leadership and direction to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Integration Hub, focusing on attendee outcomes.
* Supervise and support Peer Workers within the Integration Hub, providing ongoing education and debriefing opportunities.
* Lead change management and support overall service development, ensuring compliance with endorsed Operational Service Models.
You will need to contribute to the culture and leadership of the Integration Hub, promoting individuals' access to services that support their immediate concerns and long-term recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in mental health services.
* Registered Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
