Our College seeks a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Career Practitioner. As a key member of our Careers and Pathways Team, you will play a vital part in supporting students as they navigate their future pathways.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Career Leader and Senior Pathways Team to provide career information, educational planning, and resources to assist students. You will also work closely with staff to implement programs and curriculum that promote student engagement, leading to successful learning and positive student outcomes.

As a Career Practitioner, you will assist the Career Leader and Senior Pathways Team in the efficient management and administration of the Pathways Department across the College.

The College aims to encourage students to be their best selves, support them in their career decision-making, and provide them with the skills to manage their own life-long learning and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement the Pathways Program across the College to support career and further education pathways for students.
* Assist students in developing meaningful pathway plans in conjunction with families, staff, and industry stakeholders.
* Support programs and opportunities for students to explore possible job pathways.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Careers Education. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
