They are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Finance Manager, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of tax reporting, compliance, and advisory services. You will work closely with three direct reports to provide clients with expert tax advice, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations;
* Develop client relationships, liaise with third party specialists, with and on behalf of clients;
* Oversight over junior staff, providing guidance on best practices, technical knowledge, and client management;
* Define new revenue opportunities from client interactions and work/structure reviews;
* Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and provide proactive advice to clients on potential impacts to their business; and
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring correct tax provisions are made.
