Job Title: HVAC / Electrician - Telecommunications
Ventia is seeking a standout HVAC / Electrician to join their dynamic team in Launceston areas. As a crucial member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimising facilities and advanced HVAC systems.
This is a full-time, permanent role with ample opportunities for overtime. You will be provided with a company vehicle for work-related travel, ensuring you arrive ready to tackle any challenge the day presents.
The pay rate for this position is competitive based on skills and experience.
To be considered, you must be an Australian Citizen willing to undergo a police check.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
2. Contributing to site maintenance
3. Performing reactive and preventative maintenance and testing via Mobility (iPad)
4. Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems, and warranty services
5. Recording inspection results online with quality standards
6. Flexibility to meet out-of-hours and call-out work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong focus on OH&S
* Excellent customer service and time management skills
* Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to develop skills
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence, Refrigeration Trade qualification, and applicable licenses
* Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, Electrical Licence, or Dual Trade qualifications
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Willingness to travel to metro and remote sites
* Ability to pass police check, Working with Children Check, and pre-employment medical including drug screening
