THE ROLE
* Handle telephone enquiries and bookings from travel agents and direct customers
* Offer exceptional service levels to all customers
* Up sell additional touring options
* Handle amendments and cancellations to bookings as required
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process
* Inspire clients with your destination knowledge and passion
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Previous experience in retail or wholesale travel
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong organisational skills
* Great attention to detail
