Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Medical Services Team Position located in Port Lincoln Salary: ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 p.a (pro rata) 12% Superannuation Leave loading Salary Sacrifice Benefits Temporary Full Time Contract (8 June 2026 to 21 June 2027) Join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network as a key member of our Medical Education Unit, supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of Trainee Medical Officers across the region. Based in beautiful Port Lincoln, this ASO6 role plays a vital part in coordinating training programs, driving improvement initiatives and ensuring we meet accreditation standards. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and continuously improve postgraduate medical education programs for TMOs. Analyse training, workforce and change management issues to support decision-making. Build strong relationships with clinicians, executives, stakeholders and training bodies. Ensure EFNLHN meets accreditation requirements through effective monitoring and reporting. The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is responsible for the planning and delivery of hospital and health services over 337,626 square kilometres, taking in the Eyre Peninsula, western part of South Australia and north to Coober Pedy. We are one of the largest LHNs by area in Australia and communities include Ceduna, Cleve, Coober Pedy, Cowell, Cummins, Elliston, Kimba, Oodnadatta, Port Lincoln, Streaky Bay, Tumby Bay and Wudinna. Services include acute care, medical, accident and emergency, surgery, birthing and midwifery, specialist consultancy, renal dialysis, chemotherapy, transfusions, rehabilitation, residential and community aged care, respite care, transitional care packages, Aboriginal health, mental health, allied health, community health, community nursing, palliative care, community home support packages and home modifications.
