With circa 24 live projects across sectors like residential, health, industrial, clubs and live environments, they're now looking to strengthen their senior delivery team with two key hires:
* Client-Side Senior Project Manager
(Health / Hospital Projects)
The role will focus primarily on health and hospital projects, across both government and private health clients.
Key points:
* Client-side delivery from inception through completion
* Strong stakeholder and consultant management
* Government & private health experience highly regarded
* Proven seniority is essential, this is not a step-up role
* Superintendent
(Class 2 D&C Residential)
A hands-on role focused a lot on Class 2 Design & Construct residential projects, working closely with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance, quality and programme outcomes.
Key points:
* Strong D&C residential background
* Project Remediate experience highly regarded
* Confident managing live sites and contractor performance
* Client-side superintendent experience advantageous
