Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Research: Establish a research program, collaborate on projects, secure funding, publish in reputable journals, and participate in project discussions.
* Teaching: Develop and deliver courses, engage in curriculum design, coordinate courses, assess students, provide academic counselling, and adhere to university rules.
* Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise students, recruit staff, provide performance feedback and training, resolve conflicts, and ensure correct remuneration and benefits.
* Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, demonstrate leadership through mentoring, engage in internal service roles and committees, perform administrative functions, provide support to colleagues, and uphold university values.
You will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, coursework thesis supervision, and further development of the School's education programs.

* Completion of a PhD in a related field and an outstanding international research profile.
* Evidence of high-quality teaching in various settings.

* Demonstrated leadership and strong contributions in internal and external service roles.
* Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
