You'll need:Certificate III in Civil Construction (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)White Card (General Construction Safety)QLD "C" Class Driver's Licence (or equivalent)Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)Experience leading small to medium-sized teamsBackground in road and drainage construction/maintenanceHR licence or plant operator tickets (desirable)Ability to operate plant/heavy vehicles (desirable)Skills in concrete formwork, placement, and finishing (desirable)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skillsGood communicator and team playerProficient with survey equipment, interpreting plans, and using digital systems (e.g.
