Director of Sales
As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive revenue growth across conferencing, events, and leisure segments. Your goal is to maximize market share and revenue performance across two hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, secure, and convert new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets.
* Collaborate with General Managers and Revenue teams to optimize RevPAR, yield, and total revenue across all segments through pricing, business mix, and sales strategies.
* Lead and empower the Sales teams across both hotels, fostering a culture of excellence in conversion and client service.
* Develop and implement Accor's ALL, Meeting Planner, and Accor Plus programs to drive client retention and loyalty, embedding a guest-first mindset.
* Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance visibility, elevate guest experience, and grow revenue streams.
* Monitor performance, market trends, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions, reporting regularly on activity, ROI, and results.
