ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the Whittens' continued growth on the East Coast, we are now seeking a part time Executive Assistant to support our CEO, based at her home office on the Sunshine coast. We are looking for a flexible, passionate and proactive individual to work 3 days a week on a 3month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.
Duties will include:
* Organising the CEO's diary and calendar
* Taking Minutes and documentation of actions
* Coordination and scheduling of meetings with the leadership team
* Processing and Entering Timesheets to action payroll for approximately 15 employees
* Onboarding of new starters including organisation of PPE and travel arrangements
* Raising Purchase Orders and Monthly client billing
* Supporting the CEO and Director with strategic initiatives by researching various software systems and collation of research material
* Working in with the CEO to roll out new business initiatives
* Arrange travel and accommodation requirements
* Event coordination and support with catering order requirements
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant – A must
* Demonstrated experience with payroll and invoicing. – Xero experience highly regarded
* Solid Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to use Canva and other software system platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management and organisation
* Display professionalism in all areas of the role
* Current driving license
