Job Description
* Deliver high-quality RMMRs and HMRs that meet industry standards.
* Conduct quality use of medicine (QUM) services, including attending medication advisory committee (MAC) meetings and educating healthcare professionals on medication management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Acreditation/credentialing to perform medication management review services.
* A recognized undergraduate pharmacy degree or equivalent, and unconditional registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
* Professional indemnity insurance policy.
* Personal/accident insurance recommended for independent contractors.
* Australian Business Number (ABN).
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status in Australia.
* Appropriate police clearance.
* Annual flu vaccination (unless medical exemption).
* Covid 19 vaccination (unless medical exemption).
* Basic proficiency in appropriate computing applications.
* Excellent clinical skills.
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* An interest in building relationships with healthcare professionals and others working in the aged care industry.
* Effective communication skills; listening, written, and verbal.
