**About the role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our high performing South Australian team. As a **Private Banker**, you will:
- Build deep and trusted relationships with your portfolio of high-net-worth clients through a retain and grow strategy
- Grow your portfolio through identification of new to bank clients using your robust external network
- Provide clients with a full range of solutions unique to their needs across debt and investment offerings.
- Deliver outstanding service to all clients at every interaction and provide exclusive opportunities for events and experiences.
- Work collaboratively with internal business partners and key stakeholders to build your personal brand and the brand of Commonwealth Private while achieving client outcomes
- Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislative frameworks.
**About you**
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:
- Recent experience and evidenced results in a similar lending focused and service-oriented role including quality advocacy outcomes
- Proven capability in client portfolio management including adherence to compliance and risk management protocols
- Extensive external networks and previous results in onboarding new clients (this role will focus on first party lending so having your own referral networks is key to your success in this role)
- Advanced capability in complex residential lending. Business lending skills reviewed favourably.
- A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain superior relationships with high net worth or complex clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable)
- RG146 (desirable)
