As our Multi-Trade Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to professional for keeping our properties in excellent condition.
While plumbing forms the core of this position, you'll apply your diverse skill set across various maintenance disciplines, ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Daily Tasks
Primary Focus - Plumbing (60-70% of role):
- Conducting plumbing repairs and recent installations
- Clearing blocked pipes, drains, and sewerage systems
- Performing minor roof repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and replacing gutters
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
Additional Multi-Trade Duties:
- Carpentry & Joinery: Installing and repairing doors, fittings, and fixtures
- Plastering & Gyprock: Professional patching and finishing work
- Painting: Interior and exterior painting, including detailed touch-ups
- General Maintenance: Various property repairs as required across the site
- Coordinating with other trades and departments for integrated maintenance solutions

Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Plumbing (highly desirable) OR extensive hands-on maintenance experience with robust plumbing skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple trades with confidence
- Strong communication skills - comfortable liaising with both on-site teams and management
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Computer literate (email, Word, Excel for reporting and job tracking)
- Experience in commercial or residential property maintenance
