We are seeking a seasoned Branch Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our business by driving operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, coaching and developing your team, and prioritizing business performance through tracking KPIs and reporting. You will also lead by example, prioritize the customer experience, and be a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve and grow with the company.

Requirements:
* Retail banking experience
* Experience in personal and residential lending
* Natural people leadership capabilities and a desire to mentor and develop staff
* Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
* The skills to embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements
* Ability to use customer feedback to continue to build and improve our connection with our customers
