**About Them**:
**ACRWORLD** are excited to be working exclusively with a leading construction company who have been operating for over 2 decades. Specialising across marine construction, this business is looking for a superstar Administrator for Head Office in Brisbane.

**The Role**:
Reporting into The
**Project Manager / Finance Manager** you will see your day extremely diverse
- Update Xero daily dashboards in each trading entity (matching
- payments etc)
- Raise monthly intercompany invoices
- Enter all supplier invoices into Trust and CP Employer entities in Xero
- Collect all invoices for credit card spend each month and reconcile to monthly statements.
- Prepare and post monthly credit card journals into Xero and project management software
- Register all PPSR registrations as and when required
- Obtain and file all asset purchase invoices in BOX
- File all bank and credit card statements in BOX
- Provide cover for accounts payable when required
- Ensure there is sufficient funds in each bank account to cover weekly direct debit payments by way of intercompany cash transfers
- Prepare and send all progress claims each month (this will include liaising with Project Managers and ensuring all relevant paperwork is collected and sent with the claim)
- Assist the Project Managers with any other project admin as and when required
- Assist the Project Administrators with collating project information as and when required
- Prepare Diesel reports
- Maintain register for fuel cards and E Toll tags along with arranging and allocating them to employees
- Maintain Credit card register
- Arrange paperwork for employee company floats and save in BOX along with ensuring payment is made to employee
- Maintain vehicle allocation register to ensure changes are recorded
- Assist the Office Manager with the allocation of assets to employees in Skytrust
- Provide cover for travel bookings as and when required
- Collect post from Post Office Box as and when required

**You'll Need**
- Excellent communication
- Maintain confidentiality on payroll and HR functions.
- Advanced user of MS Office suite.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Prioritize own work.
- Work both within a team and autonomously.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a similar role.
- Experience with Xero online accounting system
- Driver's license **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Cert IV or Diploma in Administration and or Business/ Project management
- Construction experience is **ESSENTIAL**:

- **Construction Industry Safety Card**
