Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Wireline Supervisor to lead downhole geophysics projects at our mine. As a leader, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the safe execution of downhole geophysical logging activities
* Lead field operations, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental and radiation protocols
* Coordinate daily logistics, crew movements, and job planning to meet production schedules
* Maintain wireline equipment and ensure calibration schedules are in place
* Provide training, mentoring and performance oversight to wireline operators
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in downhole geophysics or wireline logging
* Demonstrated leadership experience in field-based roles
* Strong understanding of radiation safety, geophysical tools (e.g. density, gamma, resistivity), and data QA/QC
* Western Australian Radiation License required
