This position is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in designing and developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. Our client, a leading financial services organization, requires two experienced individuals to work on designing and building in-tool reporting and dashboards that enhance visibility into ServiceNow utilization by employees and service partners.
The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing utilization data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Key responsibilities of the job include:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining customized reports and interactive dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
* Analyzing utilization data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and service partners to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
* Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within reporting solutions.
* Troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow reporting and dashboard issues.
* Staying updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and reporting best practices.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. A strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and reporting tools is essential. Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting features, as well as knowledge of data visualization best practices within ServiceNow, are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in financial services, and familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow workflows.
