Key Performance Driver Role
Role Overview:
* Utilize data-driven methodologies to optimize revenue performance in a portfolio of hotels.
* Lead daily/weekly/monthly revenue generation calls as the direct revenue leader for 2-6 hotels, fostering collaboration and open communication.
* Stay proficient with IHG system and revenue process best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives forward.
* Develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of the business unit.
* Coach and mentor PRA colleagues to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
* Efficiently implement new tools, system releases, and programs across the organization.
* Stay informed about industry trends and leverage insights to drive revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in financial/strategic planning, revenue management, and pricing.
* Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management principles, effective hotel pricing strategies, and yield optimization techniques.
